Domestic Gas supply in this hilly region is a scare commodity. People have to wait in a long queue braving the bone chilling cold to stand in queue and get the cylinder.
Also, unlike for people in the plains where the gas cylinder is delivered at the door step, the consumer has to take the empty cylinder & go near supply lorry.
